DNASequence is pleased to announce the approval of a new project for the microbiome characterization of authentic local cheese products from the island of Kasos.

DNASequence is pleased to announce the approval of a new project for the microbiome characterization of authentic local cheese products from the island of Kasos.

The project will be carried out in our certified laboratory (ISO17025), while the resulting data will be used for the recognition of local cheeses of Casos as PDO or PGI products.

The project is funded by the Ministry of Rural Development & Food through the Managing Authority of Strategic Plan CAP.
