DNA Sequence SRL operates a fully equipped, state-of-the-art laboratory featuring cutting-edge equipment for DNA and RNA analysis, as well as the identification of microbial species and pathogens. The Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) platforms utilized by the company enable it to analyze large volumes of data with high precision and speed, ensuring the reliability of results and the integrity of the data.

Our cutting-edge laboratory in Thessaloniki is one of the few in the industry accredited with ISO 17025 in metagenomic analysis. Our primary focus is the analysis of environmental samples—such as soil, surfaces, drinking water, wastewater, clinical samples and air—where we have both the expertise and capability to manage all project stages, from sampling to delivering a final report of findings.
