DNA sequence is pleased to announce its collaboration with the ICU Department of “Evangelismos” Hospital.

For the first time in Greece, Metagenomics analysis will be applied for the purpose of nosocomial infection mapping.

The project will be realized in collaboration with the School of Medicine of UOA and specifically with the laboratory of Prof. Dr. Lagiou and Assistant Prof. Dr. Magiorkinis.

In the curent edition of Days of art :DNA sequence applied the Archaeogene technology in the service of the protection of cultural heritage.

The current edition of Days of Art in Greece, presents the Archaeogene technology, which was developed by the high-tech company DNASequence and allows the study of deterioration and the reveal of the microbial biodiversity, to protect cultural heritage and works of art.

DNASequence applied the Archaeogene technology for the first time at the Holy Church of the Resurrection in Jerusalem. A similar case is the Eupalineo Trench in Samos, one of the most important projects in the history of construction engineering, designated by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site.
